Charming artistic breakfast room.

My stay was heavily marred by multiple issues. First, I was shocked to encounter an awful smell coming from the drains, which made my mornings unbearable. Trying to explain this to the staff was futile. their attitude only added to my frustration. To make things worse, I struggled with my heavy suitcase up several flights of stairs, and received little to no assistance from the staff. Overall, it truly left me feeling disappointed.

This place suits me perfectly! With free Wi-Fi, a relaxing bar, and a beautiful seasonal outdoor pool, it provides everything I need. The staff even helped me with heavy baggage on my first stay. Highly recommend it! I'm coming back for Christmas.

My stay in saint-remy-de-provence was even better this time. The charming double room was spacious and beautifully appointed, and the staff went above and beyond with their attentive service. Their delicious breakfast featuring fresh pastries and local cheeses exceeded my expectations.

The hotel has a charming atmosphere, excellent staff, and a beautiful pool area, making it enjoyable overall. However, some decor shows signs of aging, and noise from above disturbed the last night. The breakfast was decent, with various options, and the location is superb for exploring the city.

I had a good stay at Gounod! The staff offered really good service and the breakfast with fresh pastries was a highlight. While the room layout felt a bit cramped, I loved the peaceful ambiance and excellent location. Perfect for a romantic getaway!

A charming surprise in Provence

Waking up to the enchanting view from our suite's balcony was a highlight! The staff’s personalized service made our anniversary stay extra special and memorable.

However, the missing coffee setup in the room was a bit disappointing, especially at the price we paid. Navigating the room’s steep staircase at night was also challenging.

The Gounod offers a perfect base for my business trip with its convenient central location, allowing quick access to local dining and shopping. The staff provided excellent service, assisting with my presentation setup and ensuring all my needs were met. The room was well-appointed, featuring a comfortable work area that facilitated my productivity. Additionally, the peaceful ambiance made it easy to unwind after a busy day.

The breakfast options were limited compared to other hotels in the region.

The bar was a gem, pouring delightful local wines while the nearby eateries like Le Roma had me drooling over authentic Italian dishes. The swimming pool vibe was perfect for unwinding after a day of culinary exploration.

However, the lack of a coffee setup in the room was a bummer, especially when you’re dropping over €200 a night. Plus, navigating the room's levels without a night light was more of a trip hazard than a fancy feature.

The charming double room was beautifully appointed, and I totally loved the delicious breakfast with fresh pastries and local cheeses! Just wished there was a coffee setup in the room! ☕

Fantastic pool area for relaxing afternoons.

Spacious double room with a lovely terrace and powerful air conditioning. The staff, especially Heidi, were incredibly attentive and quick to assist with every request. The hotel features a relaxing pool area and a convenient location near the best attractions in town. However, noise disturbances from outside were noticeable, and the bathroom lacked sufficient space for comfort.

Do recommend for a date night

Charming place to relax!

Had a nice quick stay. Arrived late but got a warm welcome. The staff booked us dinner at a great spot. The garden's beautiful and we even got to swim after hours! Just wish the room was a bit bigger, but super comfy bed. The bar/lounge area was a nice touch too!
